We will use your documents to complete as much of the fact-find as possible, then only ask you for the information that is still missing.
Clear photos, scans or PDFs are fine.
✓Proof of ID — ideally your passport and driving licence
✓Proof of address — a recent utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement
✓Proof of income — recent payslip, P60, tax calculation, accounts or pension statement
✓Latest bank statement — preferably a complete recent month
✓Credit report — useful for confirming commitments and credit history
You will be able to check and correct anything read from a document before the fact-find is submitted. Please do not upload another person’s documents unless they are a joint applicant and have agreed to take part.
The more documents you upload, the fewer questions you should need to answer.
